Nola Flora
Mater Dolorosa Church Windsor Court March 2008
|
The color palette for this late March wedding was all
creams, whites, and deepest ivories. We used
indigenous atroplex (dock) as one of the greeneries,
also, white blooming branch.
The flowers were hydrangea, white and cream
lizianthus, dendrobium orchids, white lilac, lots of
gardenias, white peonies and ranunculus and a brand
new garden rose from Ecuador called Quattro.
The reception was mid-day, so to get some drama on
the tables, in lieu of candles, there were very tall
striking vased arrangements.
The whole look was very simple in a sophisticated
way, wedding traditional with a modern twist.
