Nola Flora
This lavish early afternoon ceremony was
lush with rich color. Two huge
arrangements full of hydrangea, stock,
roses, and lilies rested on columns flanking
the couple and their wedding party. Up
the aisle were clusters of flowers, tied to the
corners of the chivari chairs.
At the reception, the deep red black magic roses were layered with wine
submerged roses and glass beading. There were also faux topiaries of all
shades of cream and blush roses and dianthus--including Virginia,
Vendela, and Anna roses interspersed with white majolika spray roses.
As a personal touch, the bride and groom requested that the arrangement
for their sweetheart table incorporate all of the flowers and colors of the
other table arrangements from the reception.
